User's authentication

Currently we have two services responsible for global authentication:

• cp-api - responsible for authentication of clients and admins of client-portal
• tp-api - responsible for authentication of titans and users of admin-portal

During authentication services generates string tokens that are used later for user's authorization This services are also responsible for generating auth user. Token and auth user saved globally using token-service.
